Cevicheria El Mar

Cevicheria el Mar is more than just a design project; it represented a challenge that went beyond the ordinary business scope. Initially focused on interior design, it evolved into a comprehensive endeavor, involving every aspect and requirement of launching a new business.

This venture marked several (first time) milestones:

  • Working in French

  • Developing a menu

  • Creating a website

  • Handling food calculations

  • Engaging in the gastronomy industry

  • Coordinating with food suppliers

  • Managing social media

  • Setting up and managing POS

  • Navigating the complexities of operating a take-away restaurant during a pandemic

  • Overcoming a shop closure

The outcome was incredibly satisfying. This space epitomized the ability to work diligently, embrace challenges, and continually learn and grow to overcome obstacles.

Additionally, the establishment became a unique destination in the old town of Aix en Provence, not only because of the quality and incredible taste of its food, but also because of the coherence of its interior, great service, and overall concept.
